The Fork is a great restaurant in a decentralized area of Recanati ! Discovered thanks to the Fork, it is immersed in the surrounding Recanati countryside and has a large parking surrounding trees and so green. The interior is very large, the building is built on 2 floors and the upper floor has a large lounge with large glasses and a long terrace. There is a special garden room and the toiletries are at a very high level.In a lunch holiday day with few customers (we were 3-4 tables at that time) attention and service were excellent: You must see how it is all about in more crowded times, yet the first are really very good, and the Red Conero too very good to accompany two excellent sauces to the grid. The quality/price ratio is all and if you accept the fact that you have to go in the car, you will have a pleasant surprise for your own palace and also for your portfolio.To try absolutely.

We found this restaurant by chance, the food was real honest and humble food, vey very delicious!!!  The place is run by volunteers and the Capuccini monks, amazing causes behind the hard work and love they put into this place. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Parto col dire che i piatti sono stati tutti veramente buoni. Abbiamo preso 2 antipasti, uno di salumi e formaggi (non sono previste confetture ma la ragazza &egrave; stata molto gentile da farci assaggiare quella ai fichi, eccezionale) e l&#39;altro la sfogliata di petto d&#39;oca con frutti di bosco, veramente ottima, una porzione equilibrata e carne tenerissima. Abbiamo poi preso la coscia d&#39;anatra (cotta sotto vuoto a bassa temperatura, anche questa buonissima..un burro!) Abbiamo poi concluso con la crostata di prugne e mandorle, il sorbetto al fico viola e 2 amari! Unica pecca gli spazi un po&#39; ristretti e il vino di visciole non proprio di nostro gradimento essendo abituati ad un sapore un po&#39; pi&ugrave; forte e dolce. Rapporto qualit&agrave; prezzo direi 10/10! Ci torneremo sicuramente.

I will start saying that all the dishes were really good. We took 2 meals, one of salses and cheeses (no confections are planned but the girl was very kind to make us taste the figs, exceptional) and the other the shell cheek with forest fruit, really excellent, We took the anatra tail (cut under vacuum at low temperature, even this very good..a butter!) We finished with the crustacea of prunes and mandels, the purple fig sorbet and 2 bitter! The only sin is the slightly narrow spaces and the wine of sweet wine not just of our pleasure being used to a slightly stronger and sweet flavor. Quality price ratio I would say 10/10! We will surely return.
